Booking & Reservation

By booking a tour with Dubrovnik Unwind, you agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Payment

Payment is due upon booking confirmation. We accept cash and online/card payments (PayPal/Stripe). Prices are per group and include all tour activities mentioned in the tour description.

Cancellation Policy

In case of bad weather, we offer a full refund or date change at no extra cost
Our guests’ experience is most important to us, so we won’t depart unless we can provide a perfect experience for everyone
You can cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. After that, we cannot offer a refund because the slot can’t be rebooked for new guests.

Weather & Safety

Your safety is our top priority. Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if weather conditions are unsafe for boating. We provide all safety equipment including life jackets. Life jackets are available for kids and adults if needed. Knowing how to swim is not required if you use a life jacket, and we recommend using one in that case.

Age & Health Requirements

Children and adults can use life jackets if needed. Pregnant women in their third trimester should not participate. If you have any health concerns, please inform us before booking.

Liability

Participants use Dubrovnik Unwind services at their own risk. We are not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers water activities.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to follow captain's instructions at all times. We reserve the right to remove guests who are intoxicated, aggressive, or endangering others without refund.
