Booking & Reservation

By booking a tour with Dubrovnik Unwind, you agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (with 10% discount) or via our secure online payment system. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, except in the case of weather-related cancellations initiated by us.

Weather Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Your safety is always our first priority.

Group Size & Capacity

Our boats have a strict maximum capacity of 5 guests. This limit cannot be exceeded under any circumstances for safety reasons.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings on board. Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain. Intoxicated guests or guests who pose a risk to others may be refused boarding without refund.

Liability

Dubrovnik Unwind is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during tours, except where required by applicable Croatian maritime law.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubrovnik, Croatia.
